September 7, 2006 - Not a good solution by Richard Hayes, Product Rating: 2/5
Their technical support is appalling and not worth paying for. Some of this is due to the company being in the states and their technical staff being in Russia. Do not expect the system to do bare metal restores on Windows 2003 DC's you must also backup the system state using NTBackup or proper backup software. I have been unable to get Universal restore to work.
This should be classified as imaging software and is not a full backup solution.
