To change the percentage of character cell filled by the cursor (%), apply the following Windows NT / Windows 2000 registry hack.

Hive: HKEY_CURRENT_USER
Key: Console
Name: CursorSize
Type: REG_DWORD
Value: 0x19 default - must use hex digits
