Registry Tip : TCP Max User Port

TCP normal user ports 1024-5000. To move higher.
NT normally uses ports 1024-5000 for user ports. If you need to set a higher range:

Hive: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
Key: SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Tcpip\Parameters
Name: MaxUserPort
Type: REG_DWORD
Value: 65534valid range 5000-65534
