Windows 2000 Event Log Settings

The registry for event logs (application, system, and security) follow the same patterns. This tip applies equally to all three types of logs. Additionally the Windows NT and Windows 2000 registries are compatible for these keys. The following are links in my Windows NT Registry Index but apply equally to Windows 2000.
