Microsoft periodically releases updated Administrative Template (.adm) files for all its Windows platforms. Typically these files are updated whenever a current OS (XP or 2003) has a new service pack released, and these updated templates usually provide enhanced Group Policy functionality you may want to implement for your network.
You can obtain the latest versions of the .adm files for all Windows platforms here on the Microsoft Download Center.
