Checking the quarantined mail rarely shows a real email. With spamgate our spam problem has ended.
March 1, 2005 - SpamGate -- Superior Support by Chuck King, Product Rating: 5/5
SpamGate from WorkgroupSolution has been a superior product for the price. It easily installed to our HP platform, and the support provided by Workgroup Solutions made it extremely easy to configure. Problems with the system have been rare for our 2+ years of using the product, but when issues arise, or we need additional support or information, they were there and resolved issues nicely. I've recommended the product to others and after evaluation, several of my fellow netadmins immediately took up the product and have been using it with similar positive results. I cannot say enough about the product and the support that we have received.
March 1, 2005 - Well-rounded and stable product by Gregory Thomson, Product Rating: 5/5
We were using Symantec for catching SPAM on the Exchange servers - not the most user-friendly from an Admin perspective. We tried Barracuda, but the eval didn't go too well (was done in hosted mode) - didn't seem very flexible, and reporting was a bit lacking. We went with SPAMGate and are happy with it. Support has been good and the people are friendly to work with.
Setup was easy and the device doesn't require much attention.
