IronMail Listing updated: July 29, 2004

IronMail is a security appliance that sits between the network firewall and Exchange, to protect against buffer overrun and denial-of-service attacks, virus (using the Sophos anti-virus product), and spam. Monitors for other suspicious activities that might indicate an intrusion. Provides some e-mail policies for incoming and outgoing messages. Uses a hardware accelerator for SSL encryption, without the need to encrypt on every mail server.

June 2, 2003 - Excellent by Ironmail customer,
I've been an Ironmail customer for over a year. The product works great. I wish all of our company gateways had it.

Product is not worth the 75K! It can not read Subject Lines! Dealing with Spam has forced me to outsource...POSTINI.

Not only does their website not send you the requested documents for information, they hide their contact information so you have to navigate the whole site to get to it. POOR design, and the fact they dont even mention a price is concerning as well. POOR customer service. If they cant even email you their pricing structure then how can they support you later on?????
